Free Trauma Therapy Services
for First Responders

Compassion Alliance exists to support first responders on their journey to achieving optimal mental health. We bridge police, fire, EMS and their spouses to licensed mental health professionals – confidentially – wherever they live in the United States.

The project was founded by Tony Rodarte and Dr. Melody Rodarte

The commitment of The Compassion Alliance is to serve first responders by providing: Free trauma therapy services (PTSD) for first responder personnel. The Compassion Alliance works to provide a safe environment where we connect first responders directly with trauma therapy services without involving host agencies. We do this in order to provide the help that is needed, without fear of repercussion for asking for help.

We partner directly with trauma therapists to provide pre-purchased trauma therapy sessions with providers that are specially trained to work with first responders. Our partnerships are with organizations that work with first responders and the trauma they experience. As a society, we should be doing more for our first responders. The greatest need is to provide a place where first responders feel safe to ask for help. Let’s protect the people who protect us and our families.

We want you to know that you are valuable and you are not alone.

We have experienced the impact of this line of work first-hand. We want to connect you with the resources that will help.

If you’re interested in learning more about TCA, supporting our efforts, or if you know someone who could benefit from the services we offer, please visit our site for more comprehensive information.

We know firsthand that accessing resources such as these can be challenging and stigmatized. We are working to make this type of support more available and impactful.
