Free Trauma Therapy Services
for First Responders

Compassion Alliance exists to support first responders on their journey to achieving optimal mental health. We bridge police, fire, EMS and their spouses to licensed mental health professionals – confidentially – wherever they live in the United States.

The project was founded by Tony Rodarte and Dr. Melody Rodarte

Serving Those Who Serve Us

At Compassion Alliance, our mission is to care for the brave men and women who put their lives on the line for others. We provide free trauma therapy for first responders including police, fire, EMS personnel, and their spouses or retirees without involving their host agencies. Why? Because asking for help should never put someone’s career at risk.

We believe every first responder deserves a safe, judgment-free place to begin healing. That’s why we partner directly with licensed trauma therapists who specialize in first responder care. Through donor support, we pre-purchase therapy sessions to ensure immediate access to the help they need, typically starting with five sessions, with the option to extend.

No red tape. No fear. Just help.

Our work is deeply personal. Many of us have lived this life or love someone who has. We’ve seen the toll this calling can take—and the healing that’s possible when support is available.
If you or someone you know is struggling, please reach out. You are not alone. You are valued. You are seen.
And if you’re a supporter who wants to stand in the gap for our nation’s heroes, we invite you to learn more about how your donations change lives and save marriages.

Together, let’s protect the protectors.
